Buildings 15-35 have elevators. Buildings 11, 16, 18, 22, 29 and 35 are land owned buildings, meaning there is no land rental fee in the maintenance payment. Buildings 1, 2, and 6 do not have private back porches. These buildings have a patio off the back of the building and a walkway like the one on the front of the building. Pets are allowed for owners only in Buildings 8, 12, 21 (cats only) and 17. All buildings are 55+ with the exception of Buildings 2 and 15.

 

Maintenance payments include water, sewer, trash, building insurance, exterior building maintenance, ground maintenance, land rent and property taxes.
