Rentals

Buildings 15-35 have elevators. Buildings 11, 16, 18, 22, 29 and 35 are land owned buildings, meaning there is no land rental fee in the maintenance payment. Buildings 1, 2, and 6 do not have private back porches. These buildings have a patio off the back of the building and a walkway like the one on the front of the building.  All buildings are 55+ with the exception of Buildings 2 and 15.

 

Maintenance payments include water, sewer, trash, building insurance, exterior building maintenance, ground maintenance, land rent and property taxes. 

 

No rentals allow pets or smokers.

Building 35, Apartment 303 is in an elevator building.  It is nicely furnished, with a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sofa-bed in the living room.  Glass enclosed porch is new, with side-sliding windows.  Yearly rental rate is $675.00 per month with a security deposit of $725.00.  It can also be rented seasonally.  Rates vary depending on the length of the rental period.
